It was honestly a 10 out of 10 experience. From the very first phone call the team were genuinely helpful and took the time to understand what I needed while working hard to find the right option for me. I then drove two hours to collect the bike and everything was ready when I arrived. They walked me through the whole process and explained how to use the bike properly. They also talked me through things to bear in mind with accessories and lights. The service throughout was friendly knowledgeable and reassuring and it made the whole purchase feel straightforward and enjoyable.

So I turned up yesterday to the Trek Bath store to purchase myself my first full suspension E bike. Upon arrival Iain greeted me and came across as a really friendly bloke, we then talked about the options in bikes and all extra add ons I can have. I then met the boss man Phil who is another great bloke and also very friendly, two people who really bring the store to life.
So after deciding on my Trek Fuel + Ex, Ian took the extra time for me running through the set up and the pressures etc so it is all ready for me to go, he even went as far as to install my bike pump to the bike for me.
All in all it was a 10/10 experience and the customer service within that store is some of the best I’ve experienced. I can’t wait to go back and service my bike for a chit chat
