Popped into see Jim and enquire about an xl rear brake squealing like a banshee after I had ridden that morning.Amazingly my emergency was repaired quickly and I was offered several options from the parts store and an excellent conversation with Jim .His efforts got me back riding within the hour. I recently purchased a Whyte Kado RS from the Ilkley branch. I have nothing but praise for all the staff in store including Nick and Theodore. My 1120 frame broke on 4 places. Contacted Trek, took it into Poole. Bike was signed in and a full warranty was honoured. New Frame, bike rebuilt and back into action in a week.
