Exceptional Service - Fixed More Than I Asked For!
I recently brought my bike with a Nexus 8 gear hub into the Whitefield branch for a repair. The issue was a damaged Allen key fitting for the cable release on the hub, but the gears were also suffering from frequent slipping.
As always, the team at Cooksons Cycles was fantastic. The staff are not only friendly and professional but also genuinely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue, communicated clearly, and carried out the repair.
The job was done perfectly. The primary issue is resolved, and to my delight, the gear slipping has also completely disappeared! It feels like I have a brand new bike. They clearly went the extra mile to ensure the entire mechanism was working flawlessly, rather than just fixing the one broken part.
I've had multiple jobs done by them, and they consistently deliver top-quality work. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you to the Whitefield team for your excellent service!
