Trek bikes were extremely helpful in sourcing a part for my bike, which i needed the for an imminent trip abroad. Trek Manchester have always been extremely helpful and I will continue to use them for servicing and repairs.
I recently had my Hope front brake caliper upgraded from an E4 to a GR4 by Cookson Cycles.
The guys are really good at what they do and always provide a top-quality service that is both friendly and professional, which is why I continue to use them.
On the day my bike was booked in they were extremely busy and initially weren't sure whether they would be able to complete the work that day. However, only an hour or two after dropping the bike off I received an email confirming that the work was complete, which was excellent.
After collecting the bike the following day, I noticed that the brake pressure felt a little low. I took it back to them and they were very helpful, booking me in for the next available appointment within a week. They carried out a brake bleed and found that there was some air in the system.
Since then, the brake has felt really good and I'm very happy with the upgrade and the work carried out.
The service from Cookson Cycles is consistently friendly, professional and helpful, and they clearly take pride in getting things right. I would certainly recommend them and will continue to use them for work on my bike.

My first impression was of the very approachable and knowledgeable staff. You really feel listened to, however small your enquiry. Trek Poole is not just a bicycle shop, it also seems to be a meeting place for cycling enthusiasts. Every member of staff has a genuinely friendly and interested attitude and a good rapport is quickly established, even on the telephone.
When you first walk into Poole Trek, there is a real sense of quality merchandise all around you. There is a substantial range of bikes on show and an equally wide range of spares available. There is clear labelling for all items on sale and with staff always willing to assist, coupled with the attractive display of bicycles of every type (with trial testing available on request), there is every chance that all your cycling needs and wishes will be met!.
It is a pleasure to walk into Poole Trek whose premises are modern, clean, spacious and very well managed. Service in the store was fantastic. Had a problem with a broken spoke and the shop were able to fix it same day, so back on the road again very quickly.
