I was experiencing significant warranty related issues with a Trek retailer near me (Gatwick), and when I made Laurie at Trek Bramhall, where I bought my bike from, aware of this, he immediately stepped in and provided a resolution that went above and beyond what I might have expected.

I think Jake is a good and reliable mechanic. I have always liked the shop and its services however I wish the two guys would smile and chat a little more I know I’m an old man but I would welcome it. Laura is cherfful which makes up for it. I have been a regular customer for many years now.
