Went in for a bike fit knowing there were certainly things that needed attention since my last bike fit years ago. Nas is very knowledgable and went through things methodically on the day, firstly determining I was on the correct size bike, but more importantly tweaking a variety of things that has made my experience overall much better. Somewhat frustratingly I've spent so much on the bike since I've produced the best power for the year as a result :-)
Went back for a follow-up a month later to check things were still the way we wanted them to be. Had a chat about exercises and strength training to support my position on the bike going forward and I'll probably be back to have a look at the TT bike position as well in the near future.
