All the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and I know several of them by name, including the manager Adam, who is always supremely helpful. Canterbury is a busy store, but my experience of the level of service I receive is that it always feels pleasantly personal. Most products stocked in the shop are good quality, and reasonably priced. I am particularly glad that cycles UK are distributors for Marin bikes, so are obtainable, even though they have to be ordered. Thank you to everyone!

My motor issue was sorted out in a week by Wheelbase Ilkley where Mtb Monster had taken months to get nowhere.
Which is very disappointing considering I originally ordered the bike from them.
Wheelbase had the motor diagnosed and replaced with no fuss.

C&N are about an hour from me, so not exactly a drop in shop. However, on the occasions I've visited they have all been extremely easy to deal with. Friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help.
My most recent visit was for a bike fit. Paul explained everything to me as we went along and I left with an extremely comfortable, and fast bike. I was amazed at the difference on my first ride with the new position.
