I liked the care from the gentleman, who helped me adjust the seat after getting my bike with very high setting of my seat, which I do not like, he amended it on spot and we even checked it.
That was nice to see the extra mile was done for customer rare these days perhaps and what I really appreciated was no judgement about my bike, it is cheap bike and I had my bike previously checked in store in Abingdon and all I heard was not nice comments, but here at this place in Didcot - beautiful friendly, professional and pleasant team, I will highly recommend them and I look forward to use their services again.
