Excellent service. Took my 'foreign' bike in to get the brakes bled / sorted expecting to leave the bike there for a week or a few days. No, they took it immediately and it was sorted within two hours even thought they looked very busy. Nothing was too much bother and my bike is now fully functional again and riding like a dream. Ben did an exceptionally professional job, sourcing and replacing the required parts to the highest of standards. I'd 100% recommend Nevis Cycles to anyone who has bike issues. Ridgeway Cycles brilliant at finding time in a day to fix my bike when I was in town just overnight and had a broken gear cable. It was a complicated Canyon set up, and they turned it around within the day. Really friendly service, too, and the team gave both helpful maintenance and route advice!
