I was recommended by a third party bike shop in Poole - Cyclefix - to buy a new TREK mountain bike from TREK Poole
I have ridden electric mountain bikes for some eight years and therefore knew exactly what I wanted
I am now 68 years old and weigh just a little too much - 120kgs but with a height of 6’5’’
I walked into Poole TREK and was greeted by salesman Mark
I explained what I wanted - he showed me the Powerfly 6 Hard Tail with 29’’ wheels and the deal was concluded within five minutes
I paid a deposit of £500 and 9 days later took delivery of the bike
I received excellent service during both the sale and delivery handover and I know the manager Alex went the extra mile to get the bike delivered and assembled for the weekend - all be it pouring with rain - but that’s what it’s all about
What a pleasure to buy from such a professional and knowledgeable operation

I came to you on recommendation from a friend. I wasn't disappointed. The two neglected bikes I brought in are now restored to being very well maintained, practical transport, and I rode one of them up the steep hill to my home yesterday. This is something I have never managed before. I liked the advice given to me, the quality of the work done, the comprehensive nature of the billing, the ability to park outside the shop, and no pushy sales person trying to sell me an expensive new bike. You even found a nut to replace one missing from my bike carrier. I'll be back whenever I need work done. Thank you.
