Iain was so helpful with all of our questions and services needs. We are currently touring around Bath before heading off to Portugal for a 6 month cycle tour. Iain advised us what brake pads we needed as spares and supplied them, adjusted our brakes on the spot and arranged to have 2 bike boxes put away so we can pick them up later and pack our bikes to have them ready to fly.
