Mariana was amazing, from our first enquiry about an e-bike, to greeting us in the store, giving us all the details & a test ride. She price matched everything we bought, advised us on settings for the bike etc. The team then set up the bike & made sure everything was perfect. Mariana even emailed us this morning to say she had mailed the water bottle we had left behind - to be honest we hadn’t even realised we had left it!! Amazing service, very friendly & helpful. Thank you Mariana!!
