Needed a crash report for my bike, they were able to take it in quickly and it was ready within a few days. The team were friendly and helpful, and know if I need advice on my next bike I know they are there.
I called in to buy two inner tubes after a double puncture ride and the staff instantly sorted the problem. They fitted two new tyres on the spot, fantastic service for which I am most grateful. First name removed

Staff are always very helpful and friendly with top customer service, any issues i have or anything i want bike related i always bring it to these guys. always a pleasure to put money in a buissness were you get everything you want or need in return. If you want a new bike or whatever it may be bike related i would always recommend big bear bikes whether for myself or others👍
