Very friendly and experienced staff - knowledgeable in road, gravel, mtb and leisure ebikes. Lovely to see the service department at the front of the shop and they were really helpful in sorting a tyre fitting for me - happy to teach me how to fit 'tight' tyres. Looking forward to picking up my new ebike.

I was out for a cycle ride when I got a puncture, it was getting late, 4pm, came across this cycle shop in Canterbury, thought I would just ask if they could possibly do the repair for me so late in the day, yes nothing was too much trouble, so courteous and kind, did the repairs just before they closed and got me on my way again!

Great service. For a shop that is full of beautiful expensive bikes they also do a great job on servicing and repairs at a competitive price.
