Genuine, friendly staff, they listened to what I was after, gave me a great range of bikes and accessories, and they are not there to grab your cash. 1,000/10 will be using them for all bike related things I might need.

I love the bike I was sold. Adam and the team did really well to get a similar bike in for me to test first. They then give me an option to put a deposit down and try the exact one and frame size I wanted. Very friendly and experienced staff - knowledgeable in road, gravel, mtb and leisure ebikes. Lovely to see the service department at the front of the shop and they were really helpful in sorting a tyre fitting for me - happy to teach me how to fit 'tight' tyres. Looking forward to picking up my new ebike.
