Often considering whether to buy online or in the shop, one always has to conclude that it pays off - also litteraly! - to get the right advice directly (instead of via a robot chatbox) about all bikes and their parts, from people with proper technical knowledge, and the right range of items available.

Customer service was first class and they provided really great advice throughout the build and the sale. The purchase was for my son’s Christmas present, they shared offers on the day of collection as extra gifts for my son and they helped me to load the bike into my car. Definitely recommend them, thank you and have a lovely Christmas to the team at Big Bear Bikes!
