Mariana was amazing, from our first enquiry about an e-bike, to greeting us in the store, giving us all the details & a test ride. She price matched everything we bought, advised us on settings for the bike etc. The team then set up the bike & made sure everything was perfect. Mariana even emailed us this morning to say she had mailed the water bottle we had left behind - to be honest we hadn’t even realised we had left it!! Amazing service, very friendly & helpful. several things:
1. I feel that you sell me what I need, not what you want to sell me.
2. I get honest free advice on maintenance items that I do myself
3. You don't make me feel stupid when I've messed something up on my bike.

Cube cube ebikes are well made and the sales service and aftercare provided by wheelbase in my opinion is excelent. I would recommend wheel base to anyone wishing to purchase a bike
