Even when they are very busy, they still have time to talk to you as an equal, and if the team can help/or repair the issue you are having, at the time or on that day, one of them will do their up most to help fix the problem, and they keep you informed. There is a wait of a week or more for big repairs or service, but the team provides a great service and sales.
