Great service from Cycles UK, Greenwich! They had my Trek FX 3 ready in just 4 days, especially considering the bike had to be ordered in and the accessories had to be fitted. A special mention to Sonny, who was very helpful and accommodating even though the store was quite busy. I bought the bike through the Cycle Scheme, and they didn’t redeem the voucher until they handed over the bike fully fitted with all the accessories, which was comforting. They also included the first service free.
