Reasonable price, very quick turnaround
Sam, Dan and the techs slotted my first free service and a tubeless tyre change in at short notice even when busy. I had to return a Thule bike rack to a different supplier, and Rides on Air supplied a second one rapidly, which is working well. Always straightforward, honest advice from them.

The team at Cheltenham Cycles were very knowledgeable about the various bike options available and very patient and considerate in the time taken to help me chose the right bike for me.
The bike was perfect for the 204 miles i cycled through Belgium up into Holland crossing all 3 bridges, from Eindhoven through Nijmegen up to Arnhem. From start to finish nothing caused a problem, even checking the tire pressure ever day they stayed the same throughout the ride.
On returning from the bike ride arranging for the bike service was simple and straight forward, on collection the bike looked like brand new the battery was fully charged, and in all honesty i cycled the bike home and it rode even better i think than the ride in Europe.

Having decided that I wanted a gravel bike built to my specifications and that I wanted a titanium frame I am glad that I turned to Bay Cycles to build it for me. Jez and Lisa spent time helping me choose components and compared Reilly titanium frame sizes to a previous bike I had ensuring a correct fit. I was consulted frequently and the bike was built exactly how I wanted it. The bike fit was something of a revelation as the saddle height was increased from what I usually had, but it seems to work well. I have had the bike long enough to do a few rides and it is perfect. I also have the reassurance that if there are any problems Jez and Lisa are only a phone call away. If you are considering having a bike built specifically for you then I can highly recommend Bay Cycles.
On arrival at the bike centre we were welcomed by two members of staff and then shown around the bikes and equipment. For the test rides we were provided with excellent un-used bikes to trial and they were excellent.
What made the whole experience so special was that Alex was on hand to explain the use and settings of the bikes under test and then he accompanied us on a ride where he showed us not only the many nuances of high quality EMTB's but also the fabulous facilities on hand in Dalby Forest. Alex's knowledge and passion for the sport, the company and the area were very much in evidence. All in all it was an excellent introduction to E-bikes.
