I've been meaning to write a review for a while - I've visited the workshop a few times over the past few months with my Raleigh pushbike and my (slightly needy and temperamental) electric Brompton and I've been really impressed with the service - efficient, knowledgeable, quick and communicative. For years I've been taking the Brompton to the Brompton Junction in Covent Garden thinking they were the only people who could fix/service it, but I definitely won't be bothering with this now. Would 100 per cent recommend.

Just had an excellent bike service on a couple of bike we had bought last year from Big BEAR. Only one minor niggle, if you adjust the saddle height to do a test ride PLEASE ensure that you mark the preset height and return it to that height on completion.
Good range of quality products and accessories. Friendly helpful staff. Plenty of parking and easy to access location of shop.

As ever the team were polite and engaging. The process of booking in and notification on completion were slick. The work that was performed is well explained and (for me as a non-expert) clear.
