I feel like the Pearson mechanics know what they are doing and really try to help. My bike came back from its service/work with everything working beautifully. I've brought a friend in several times with his bike (a recently purchased Trek) which had several problems which the Trek people have not been able to fix and Pearson has done it first time, properly.
My Hammer and Tongs is 7-8 years old and I still love it.
I must say, service was great and i was having issues with my bike rack so i went back and he give me great advise on how to use it. Great selection of bikes aswell.

My bike was repaired very quick considering the amount of work needed. It was repaired with excellent products and the staff even waited after closing time for me to collect my bike,which I was delighted about! Very pleased with the service!
The team of chelmsford was really helpful they give all their best to put me on road as soon as possible. They were also really helpfull to find the right size of bike for me. the did a really good job im really happy with the service i got after all. they also let me go with a lots of usefull information about the bike as maintanes or how to carrie the bike safley.
