A shop that definitely puts the customer first! Very knowledgeable staff who take the time to listen to the customer & offer sound advice without a hint of 'upselling'. Although on first appearance it's a small shop with a limited range that range covers all anybody would need. If items are not in stock then usually they can be available in a few days, & you know that it'll be the right part for you or your bike.

Rob was incredibly helpful. We discussed what I was looking for, he talked me through different options, relative merits of different products and even advised me if I would be able to get something cheaper elsewhere than what they could offer.
