Everything from buying my Trek procaliber 9.6 to having it serviced by the staff at your Sligo store has been nothing but excellent. Everything is explained and advice given on how to get the best out of your bike.

The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They go out of their way to serve and help you and I appreciate being acknowledged by name. They have a vast array of bikes and accessories . All of the bikes they stock are of a high standard.

Traveled from central Scotland to pick up my first emtb. Staff are really friendly and ready to help. Alistair set up my bike and explained how everything worked. Would really recommend these guys at Big Bear Bikes.
A great selection of bikes in shop or on order. Alistair was extremely helpful in assisting with my recent purchase and Harry and the maintenance team did a great job on my bike service and lots of advice for home maintenance and using the app. Thanks
