When I first came in to browse the staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable on the bike I was looking at , and after a visit and some thought as I like to ponder on a purchase 😂 ,I came back in and spoke to Sue again who was more than happy to run through the bike again, and that was when I thought yep it was the right bike for me , also it was knowing about the guarantee on trek bikes that I also learned from my chat in the shop, also the day of collection walking into the shop made me smile seeing the new bike day on it 👍cheers guys a very happy customer 🍻
Had a bit of an issue with delivery delivering it, but had nothing to do with the bike shop. Really nice guy toby helped me to receive them, came in really neat packaging. And over all really good bike shop to buy from and highly recommend.
