Had a chat with who I presume was the manager for ages about various things cycling related. Great customer service and a good selection of accessories. Will be back with the kids for some helmets and possibly take a look at the 16 inch kids bikes.
Very helpful staff each and every time I’ve needed a part, repair or advice. I travel to this shop passing bike shops I’ve previously used because Head for the Hills offer a superior service. Significantly, for me, is that after four years of using Head for the Hills the principle staff have not changed unlike every other bike shop I’ve used over the years.

The team at Bracknell were really welcoming and knowledgeable. In particular Mariana, she was just super. I’ve not had a retail experience like that in a long time. I felt at ease, not pressured, I completely trusted her and her advice was sound. My purchase was smooth and I was informed at every part. Honestly it was fantastic I would recommend trek to anyone who asks, specifically the Bracknell branch and Mariana. I can’t thank her enough and I look forward to going back and seeing them as my bike needs servicing.
