I had to visit an actual place, to talk through why I needed even though I didn’t know what I needed or what there was available. Did online research. Thought about online order. Glad I do as I needed removable battery. Bloke in the shop was mega helpful. Bit like you know what diy job you need to do, but don’t know what tools there are or how to use it.
Got a coffee. Bought one there and then and the service manager prepped it. Chatted and looked round for two hours whilst light system fitted. Very good. Thanks

Good facilies plus friendly staff. Great selection of e-bikes on site. Delivery of Diamant Zing trip plus low step carried out with explanation of the bikes workings on delivery, all carried out with no problem. My old Specialized Vado SL 2 5.0 EQ and 2 extender batterys and chargers taken for sale at the ebike-centre. Hopefully will be sold soonest, as in new condition throughtout at a low price.
