Incredibly quick and efficient service. I dropped off at 4pm Friday , my bike was ready the next morning confirmed by email and text. The quality of the work is also high.

We had an ongoing issue with a tyre repeatedly going completely flat after one or two short rides. It was checked by two bike shops but still the issue remained. We relocated to the area and the problem occurred yet again so before purchasing a new wheel altogether we had one last desperate attempt coming to Rides on air cycles. Lo and behold, they were so thorough and quick and professional and have finally fixed the issue!! Cannot recommend enough!
It’s been a great experience to buy my bike from your store! All staff were so friendly and helpful. They explained every single thing about the cycle to work scheme and helped me pick the right size and model for my bike .

The service was quick and efficient, and I like that you get a text to say it's ready. I did find it difficult watching the owner tell an employee off for charging the wrong price.. Regardless of the circumstances,I don't think it's ever ok to dress an employee down in front of customers, felt very uncomfortable for me and I imagine for them

I visited the store to try out a Trek bike, and since I am new to the cycling world, I had no idea where to start and what I would need for a road bike. I had so many questions about how the bike works, how it should feel, what kit I need to begin and Paul was amazing and patient answering all my questions. The store staff were really nice as well, and they assembled the bike for me, so I was able to pick it up and take it home.
The bike itself feels really good, and after practicing for 20 minutes on a quiet road, I felt confident to ride it on the streets of London. Everything works perfectly, and surprisingly ,it actually felt pretty comfortable (even without bibs).
Thank you Paul for all the help, will be back in the store and excited to share my cycling journey with you.
