Took 2 tyres in for puncture repair and the guy couldn’t have been more helpful. Both tyres repaired in an hour. I also asked about service options which he explained very well. Will definitely use for this and would recommend to others.

I was offered a good solution, the mechanics team completed the job quickly and I was informed straight away. The work was a great price and I am extremely happy with the repair. Front derailleur now works better than it ever has and I can action it with my bad wrist. I could not before I took the bike to Big Bear

Great local bike shop. The quality of work is professional from start to finish. No work is carried out without you being notified first. They treat you and your bike with great respect. I have been using Bay Cycles for 5 years and they have always looked after me and done everything to get me back on my bike as quickly as possible.
