I called up about movement within the headset of my bike, I spoke with Ben who said they are busy with servicing other bikes but would fit it in between jobs to have a look. I got my bike back a day later fixed.

I needed a pannier rack for my bike. Contacting the shop by phone i was given good service from the start to picking up my rack. I always go there when I have problems finding my bike items.

There is always time taken to help customers with their questions. The staff are keen to help and share knowledge. If I need help with my bike, I always choose my local Trek store.

I had a great service from Trek, Shrewsbury. I had a creak develop on the Trek Domane I bought last year and the mechanic completely sorted it. Fixed the problem I'd identified and also found another source of noise and fixed that too. I'm absolutely delighted. Thank you.
