The worksop and advice provided about the repairs to my accident damaged bike. Nick and the rest of the team were able to inspect and check my bike to determine the best option. After I managed to purchase replacement folks they were fitted and other maintenance issues also resolved. Excellent service and value.

Phoned to deal with a recall on my bike. They manage to fit me in that morning & did the recall together with first service and fitted an inline barrel adjuster to enable gear tweaking while riding.
All good and completed in a timely manner. All round great service.

After contacting store brought my defective Orbea gain ebike in for an assessment. Dealt with quickly and professionally. Left bike and contacted following day to be informed bike needed new battery. Being above my financial means decided to get the hub motor replaced with normal wheel and remove electrics. Undertaken by John I collected the bike and parts. Very happy.
