Staff in the shop were very knowledgeable and helpful especially Dean and Adam in the Maidstone branch.

I actually ordered through a different store as it came to light that I had a relative working elsewhere (that I didn't know when I went into to trial a bike!). There was an issue with the bike on delivery, and Trek Shrewsbury then took charge and have offered an incredible sales experience from start to finish.
