Purchased a new mountain bike and had my older one rebuilt by the team. Great service for both including helping me navigate the Bike to Work program. The rebuild on my 2012 Merida XT Bike has it riding as good or better than new. The new Bike was a good price, and they offered a generous discount on the previous year's model Overall I would recommend this shop and the team to anyone looking for a new set of wheels, or repair or rebuild on an older bike.

Excellent customer experience and service with professional and friendly team, my bike feels brand new, thank you! The Trek Team were transparent put the bike on the stand did a quick run through and suggested things that did and didn’t need doing, and voila they set to work and bike is back, an expert job.
