Not purchased my e-bike from Wheelbase however they have serviced it for the last few years. This time my mudguards were sorted out which. Have always bugged me, they just didn’t fit correctly, new brackets supplied & fitted as well as the back pannier rack that had a nasty rattle. Didn’t ask for this but they fixed it which was excellent work imho. Updated the software & reset the gears. Iit does seem to ride a lot nicer. £59 well spent 👍
