Very friendly and try to help wherever possible. We live some distance away but can order parts for when we are passing by. They are also willing to give honest advice over the phone. So much better than online shopping!

All the crew at Gary's cycles seem to be very helpful and really on the ball, any emails I sent them were answered immediately and with good explanation. Any invoices or paperwork were dealt with immediately and my new bike was sent straight away. Have to say I have never dealt with them before but both over the phone and email they are top notch.
