Lastly, you've built a community focused shop, over the last few weeks as I've popped in for bike tests, deposit payments etc I've noticed it's not just cyclists that pop in for a coffee and cake, you've built a hub for the wider community.

Often considering whether to buy online or in the shop, one always has to conclude that it pays off - also litteraly! - to get the right advice directly (instead of via a robot chatbox) about all bikes and their parts, from people with proper technical knowledge, and the right range of items available.
Great customer service and excellent service on my bike- I now have a silent stealth bike in excellent health rather than a squeaky clanky one!
