Had a great experience all together. Spoke to one of the gentleman over the phone before placing my order just to make sure I was getting the things I needed😅 he was excellent , gave me some great advice even checked everything to see if the items were in stock so really good experience dealing with him.
Placed my order on the 2nd afternoonish got it delivered today on the 8th so speedy delivery as I know they had to order a few items from Hope directly.

The team was incredibly helpful, quick and accommodating. I was able to get some work done myself in their cafe with a complimentary coffee, while the mechanics sorted my bike out (before I finished my coffee) 🥰👌🏼 absolute legends!

A great bike which I was able to purchase in the sale. Supported to test ride the different potential sizes and select the best fit. All my questions were answered about payment options. Collect was easy with lots of advice and guidance about the bikes new features.
This is a proper bike shop with personal service and stock on the shelf. This might not sound like muck, but I live in Devon and this is the nearest bike shop to me that can offer good customer service and also stocks products on the shelf.
