Cheltenham Cycles provide excellent and responsive after sales care and were quickly able to fix a headset issue on a bike I purchased from them. I had modified the bike by replacing the stem, which was the main cause. I had several attempts at fixing the issue myself before admitting defeat and going to the experts!
My wife already recently purchased a bike from them through one of the Cycle to Work Schemes and between Ben and John, they provided great advice on the options and a great deal on the bike we went for. I would definitely recommend them and frequently do

Purchased a new electric mountain bike the staff are all fantastic it’s the first electric bike I’ve owned and there help and advice including setting the bike up for me was second to none from the first phone call to collecting the bike the whole experience was first class
Also purchased some bike kit again there help and expertise was great I would defo recommend these guys for anything bike related and I’ll be returning when my new bike needs a service
