I know when I come in trying to find the right piece of equipment, service item, or odd "how do I?" question, then Ill get a straight answer and come away with the right solution. Removes the stress from what is otherwise largely a hit and miss self service experience at generic outdoor shops.

The staff are really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The whole place has always had a really nice vibe, and they look after locals really well. Have had several really good bikes through them for all the family.
I try to order as much as I can through their shop because I know if I’ve ever got a problem, they will sort it out. Much better than shopping online where I just end up ordering the wrong thing anyway! 😂
