Bought a whyte 2 years ago took it home to devon,really good nice to deal with.
2 years later had a slight problem with cutting out,popped it up to kendal whilst on holiday and sorted the problem out with no problem at all within 4 days all under warranty.

Efficient, friendly and a very fair price. I telephoned the Maidstone store explaining that I had a flat tyre on my rear Brompton bike and within 30 minutes of my arriving it had been repaired. Great friendly customer service and being comparatively local I shall return.
Had issues with gears on Trek Madone, bike was looked at straight away and sorted in 30 minutes. Staff happy to have a chat with you, even learned the origins of Madone and Domane names. Now that’s customer service at its best.

I came to get my brakes fixed and it was done well and on the same day, which I really appreciated.
It would have been useful to get a rough idea of the price when I dropped my bike at the store, but it was busy at the time so it is understandable that there was no time to do a quick diagnostic. In the end, the work done corresponded to what I expected was needed.
