E-bike centre have just deliver my new Gazelle while and I could not be any more pleased. My particular model was not held in stock and I had to wait just over 2 months for it to arrive from Holland, but we'll worth the wait. What a beautifully built bike.
The staff at the e-bike store have been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and are happy for you to browse their store and answer all your questions and I had plenty, whilst offering you a mug of tea. That sealed the deal for me. I'm too easily bribed.
The bike arrived at the store 2 days before Christmas which was a bit inconvenient 're delivery but all worked out well and a week later I am now a very happy owner of a pristine e-bike.
Great delivery and all the functions clearly explained. Assisted to download the Flow app and shown how it functioned.
Looking forward to covering some serious mileage when the weather warms up.

I was out on a ride and had a flat… popped into the shop to get sorted. The guys were extremely helpful, got me back on the road in no time. Great selection of accessories to browse whilst I waited too. Would definitely recommend.
Steve and his team are always very helpful. Tom and Rhys (the mechanics’s) are never too busy help with any issues, either in person or over the phone.

Service excellent James and Jordon listen to me to what product I wanted.gave me advice on different products and sorted out what would suit me best.even getting me a bike in for me to try and changed it for a smaller size to fit me. I couldn’t fault them in any way, from the time I walked in the door too the time they delivered my bike to my house.
