I needed a new rapid drive freehub for my Trek Remedy,despite having the part number I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere on the internet so I gave Wheelbase a call and whilst they didn’t recognise the part number I had they went to the trouble of looking for one that would fit and put it on next day delivery for me.
I have bought 2 bikes from this company before and have always found them to be excellent,always willing to help and in some instances go above and beyond.
As an older cyclist I really appreciated the friendly, knowledgeable service, and enthusiasm for the two brands of bike they sell. They listened to my queries and were able to answer them without my feeling ignorant for asking.
