We received absolutely amazing service from Alex at Trek, St Albans yesterday when buying my son's bike
He’s 12, autistic and ADHD, and had been very distraught and very determined that he needed a bike NOW. Birthday money burning a big hole in his impatient pocket! Alex was incredible — so kind, calm and endlessly patient. He took the time to really understand what he needed, reassured him, and gently kitted him out with everything he needed without ever rushing or overwhelming him.

Lots of knowledge and a really helpful guy named Paul helped my son choose a bike for his birthday. Paul spoke us through the bike and answered our questions.
Paul also took my bike in to fix which I am very pleased about as I had been told by someone I know who fixes bikes thats its none repairable, so I am really pleased that its being repaired.
