Used the workshop previously and always found friendly helpful staff. Yes there is a few weeks wait for a booking slot but that is a good sign.
My only slight complaint would be a full disclosure of price per hour of the work to be carried out, with a estimated time it would take for the job I requested.

The quality of goods and their technical service has been on the front of the curve with the changes in styles and technology within the industry. The advice recieved to date, both technical and practical has always been unbiased to any particular manufacturer and helpful to the likes of me the end user in making an informed decision on any particular product.

Service you can absolutely trust
I received an excellent service at your Charlestown store. Mathias was very friendly, helpful and of course knowledgeable. He prepared my bike for collection yesterday, 30th May. Prior to this Mathias was the one who noticed the bad crack on the fork of my Trek Domane during a routine service, which resulted in the purchase of this replacement bike.
