Premises have plenty of parking and safe off-road tarmac to try out their range of e bikes with no hard sell. Knowledgeable friendly team with can-do attitude. Good range of new + used electric bikes. Part-exchange accommodated.

The bike is excellent and I did not expect anything less.
However the customer service from the 2 lads at Trek Bicester was fantastic. They made me feel a valued customer and communication from start to finish was excellent.
I took my wife's bike in last week for a puncture repair. I did not need to make an appointment, the job was done in about half an hour, and everyone was extremely helpful.
