Great advice from staff when we went to look at e bikes, so much so we ordered 2 that very day. Timely delivery to the store and excellent handover on collection. We’ve used the bikes ( Trek Powerfly) a few times now and absolutely love them , fantastic on the Trans Pennine Trail , but also on a 35 mile cycle from Lytham to Fleetwood and back. A game changer for our motorhome trips. We called yesterday too to spend our £20 voucher on drinks bottle holders- thank you for that a lovely touch. Would highly recommend the expertise in the Foxvalley store

This is an amazing bike shop that was highly recommended to me, and they exceeded all expectations. The staff are the best part: incredibly friendly, helpful, and transparent.
I took my bike in for a repair, and they were brilliant from start to finish. I especially appreciated their modern approach to service: they kept me updated by text and sent the detailed invoice/receipt via email, making the whole process hassle-free. Even when I had a small follow-up question (my problem, not theirs), they were communicative and resolved it instantly.
The shop itself is well-designed and easy to access; there's plenty of space to load/unload from the nearby Lockmeadow car park, with ramps up to the door. I feel lucky to have found such a reliable and professional team. This is definitely my new go-to bike shop!
