The staff at Roots cycles are professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. Your concerns or problems are taken seriously and quickly remedied. The shop has a terrific welcoming atmosphere and you are warmly greeted by staff. Although I have several options, Roots is the only bicycle shop for me.

Good choice of cycles and expert advice
I had a great experience with Beyond Bikes after my Shimano EP8 motor threw up an error code from sitting unused for a few weeks. They ran a proper diagnostic, clearly explained what was going on, and got things checked over without any fuss. Matt was particularly helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with, which made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. Solid, honest service from start to finish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Beyond Bikes again.
