Very friendly and helpful staff. When I collected the bike they very kindly, without missing a beat, agreed to fit SPD pedals that I brought with me, as well as a bottle cage. Topping it off there was even a drinks fridge and so had a free drink while waiting. There’s a reason buying from a store and dealing with staff first hand makes perfect sense.
I hadn't bought a bike for 30 years, and didn't want to spend a huge amount of money. Was slightly nervous, thinking they'd only be interested in the big spenders, but I couldn't have been more wrong. Really helpful with all my daft questions and very friendly - highly recommend

I purchased a gravel bike (Trek Checkpoint 4 ALR) a couple of months ago and have ridden it over all sorts of rough terrain. It handles perfectly, and is fast on tarmac too. Very versatile bike ideal for bikepacking.
