Purchase made and a week later the bike was ready for collection after pdi and some Invisiframe protection added.
Handover was very detailed and everything explained well. So far very happy!
Also, I have been a customer for several bikes now so the lads must be doing something right!

I broke my wife’s ebike in for a service and to fix a problem with the control unit.
The team were attentive as I described the problems I was having and reassured me that they would get to the bottom of the issues.
A couple of hours later, I received a call to let me know that the bike was fully serviced, fixed and ready to roll.
Andy, the engineer, went through all the various things he had done and explained how he fixed the issue with the control unit.
I was really happy with the service and the overall price

I called in to ask for some general advice about handlebar risers & tyre choice , the young man was very helpful & showed me what they had in terms of handlebars so I got a reasonable idea as to what to look for , he spoke to the mechanic whom he said had more experience , he came and spent a huge amount of time of time looking online for me & sent me the link for a specific handlebar as they don’t sell that one …. Yet !
He then went through the tyre choices for the riding that I do that would give me what I needed,
There was no pressure for me to buy anything “that would just do “
He found me the ideal choice .

I have now bought six bicycles from John Atkins. I like the staff, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
I visited the shop on a busy Saturday morning whilst on an event in the local area . The service was very prompt and informative, the shop was well stocked and both the mechanic (Carl) and the shop manager or owner were helpful and gave me lots of advice as well as changing my break pads whilst I waited so I could continue riding.
I would definitely recommend the shop and would return if I am ever in the area again .

Nas was very knowledgeable and understood my complex issues and apart from tweeking my existing bike fit he also made adjustments with my shoes which seems to be helping my situation. Also a really nice and friendly guy.
