2) The bike inventory on the floor is impressive
3) Staff are very knowledgeable, more or less subject matter experts
4) There's a focus on options and what will work best for your needs, rather than attempting to flog items or move stock in line with a person's initial want.
5) The maintenance option is a real quality service that seals the deal
Overall, a quality customer service. Something that is rare in Ireland. Top marks!.. And well deserved

It’s Christmas morning so leaving a review now for the lads because I have a bit of time. I ordered a Trek bike for the young fella early morning of the 17th.I live in Clare but we go to Sligo as much as we can it’s a great town. I received two emails later that day. One to say thanks for the order and one to say order picked up by DPD to be delivered. In the meantime I received a phone call from Gary’s cycles telling me they couldn’t promise delivery for Christmas. DPD in fairness delivered it next day first thing. I set up the bike for Christmas it was perfectly boxed. 5 pages of instructions attached from Gary’s Cycles themselves. My young lad loves his bike and I really couldn’t recommend these lads enough. Shop local and stay away from the Amazons. You won’t get this level of service. Thanks again lads.

All staff are super helpful and friendly. Used a few bike shops over the years and Cycle Studio is the best. Replaced all bearings in my wheels and they’ve come back as good as new.
