Can’t thank the team enough! Sam was super helpful with my many questions regarding my daughter’s first bike - trying to arrange it on the sly for Christmas with some question marks over sizing etc! Team have been very patient - we actually went back in today with the bike for them to see her on it and ensure it’s the right size and ended up having some adjustments made to help her grow her confidence on it.
