Outstanding customer service and knowledge. Drove 8h each way to get the bike I wanted and it was worth it.
Firstly when i went to pick out the bike, i had the best services, I purchase a mi rider. They helped me found about what accessories i could purchased.
When I went to pick up the bike, the gentleman was so helpful and friendly. He took time to show me how the bike works, he our the accessories on for me!

I had a service before embarking on a multi day trek around Wessex of 1000 yrs ago between R Thames and the south coast. The service was completed very efficiently and with extra care with C&N’s experienced and knowledgeable team in a challenging timeframe due to weather restrictions.

I was impressed by your product knowledge and the friendly response when I visited yesterday.The opportunity to test ride the ICE trike was really helpful and I am presently following up the sale of 2 existing owned carbon fibre road bikes which are a Pinnarello electric and. Very straightforward to deal with in relation to a Brompton service and a nice surprise price-wise. Slight hiccup when my front tyre was found to be flat when I picked up but fixed without fuss and I was directed to the cafe for a free coffee in the meantime which was a nice touch.
