I would like to thank Cookson cycles for there outstanding service, the team and the owner are fantastic and I would personally like to thank Paul and Sean for my new Haibike allmtn 6 which I look forward to using once I have fully recovered from a serious injury.
I would recommend buying a bike from cookson cycles as you are made to feel welcome and the aftercare is second to none in my opinion this is the best bike shop in the Northwest of the UK if not the entire country.

I took my Trek bike into the Bramhall store for advice and a possible repair. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and informative, explaining the products clearly and how the issue with my bike could be resolved. Overall, they were very welcoming and helpful.
The knowledge and advice from all the staff was amazing. And made sure we were getting a bike that would last our daughter a long time instead of replacing again in a year or 2 because she's outgrown it.
Sir Iain is very accommodating and responsive with my inquiries. Orders arrived early as well. Well trusted store specially for me who is not from London.
