What could we do to improve?

We went Monday night for wing night. We both had boneless wings. So disappointed. I used to work for one of the partners of this restaurant, so I know EC gets there food from US Foods. Someone needs to look into the boneless wings from them. Sure they were huge, but for the most part the boneless chicken wings were breading. There was little to no chicken in them at all. Unless something changes I doubt I will get boneless wings again.

This should be a great restaurant for the area but service is always awful (great staff just no urgency or enough people ever) and the food is inconsistent.

The wings are fantastic. My whole family agree that this is the best spot for wings with so many choice of sauces and a sliding scale heat level to choose from. The service is great and the prices are fair.

The speed at which I can enter the restaurant, place a to-go order, and have it ready by the time I come out of the restroom demonstrates how efficiently they complete food orders. I also love that this location serves Cheerwine. I’ve never experienced any issues or missing items from them.
