Amazing staff and management. They kept the dining room very clean and were super nice and fast.

Sometimes the food is hot and fresh and sometimes it taste like the wings are refried. Sometimes it’s great and sometimes it’s not that great just being honest.
Prices are outrageous, especially for boneless wings. Get some better specials/special days
The food is great. I always carry out since my partner has poor mobility but the food is always ready and hot when I get there

It is very cold in there. Also servers are slow to come to your table and they don’t check back to see if you need anything. They need to be checking on guest more!

Rude Staff.
It took over an hour to get our food and we had ordered the 10 wings and 5 tenders combo with fries and tortilla chips. After a long wait the wings came out by themselves and we were told at that time that they had just started to cook the tenders. So the tenders eventually came out with the wrong sauce on them and the cook when asked said the right sauce was on them. We had to ask for the sides as well. The waitress was kind. With all of the issues it seems like the manager would've spoken to us and we never saw him or her. So we spent over 1.5 hours there and I only ate .5 of a tender and left the rest at the restaurant, I didn't like the sauce they put on them and was tired of dealing with the whole issue. We have eaten there many times and have never received anything like this but I can't see spending my money to take a chance of that happening again.

ECW makes my top 5 restaurant list in Salisbury, NC. Without a doubt the coldest beer in Salisbury, and a lot of great food variety on the menu. Some days I’m all in for wings, other days I’ll do a salad, burgers are never a bad choice, and occasionally I’ll mix in some chicken tacos. Really can’t go wrong on that menu, and the recent meal deals have been awesome 👍

I’ve been there 3+ times & every single time I’ve gone 3 things stick out. The bathrooms are disgusting, the staff don’t care about anything or anyone (terrible attitudes) & the food is never right. It’s as if everyone there is being forced to work their. It is never a pleasant visit & I’ve tried to be optimistic. I would love to see a new manager or even owner take this place over & change it for the better.

Last time I went I waited 45 minutes. I ordered an appetizer and some drinks. People that came after me got their food and the my brought out everything at the same time. We paid for our drinks and left. I didn’t want to pull the race card but that’s what it felt like
