Easy ordering, great food, fast service.

Did not appreciate waitress not bringing our coin change back and assuming it was ok.
Got seated ordered a margarita waited over 10mins to get it then ordered a beer that took almost 10 mins to get that then my wings came out they was cold like felt like they came out the fridge and had wrong sauce on them had to wait to get new wings while my party had there food and was hot got my food yes it was hot but over cooked and the server was not that great had to flag her down every time we needed something she was to worried about talking to coworkers! Was a bad experience
I always sit at the bar whenever i'm dining.In or takng out. The bar staff, particularly Tabitha, always provide outstanding service.

I got wings and I like that they can be ordered extra crispy. Eating wings is more about the sauce than the chicken itself for me and East Coast delivers with their variety of sauces and customized heat.
Cherish is always so kind and polite, she makes sure my food is to perfection, the facility is always nice and clean.
That place has changed hands so many times that the service is dead. The wings are good but the service is really bad and it was one of our favorite places to go. Thank you

App is hard to use
Quick service while picking up.
Improvements are needed with the app for online ordering m. It has been inconsistent while trying to pay online. I have needed to delete the app then reload it and it works fine a couple of times.
Food quality, daily specials and amazing staff.
The restaurant is not very clean. The floors are sticky, the fryer is way past due to change the oil (I sat for 20 mins waiting on my take out and the fryer smell was very potent), the restroom didn't look like it was tended to in a while (just little things to make the experience better for the customers). The food taste "okay", but I'm not blown away with any flavor or calling any of my friends to be like "you gotta try this place". This place feels more like a place that I will go to if someone else likes it and asks me to join them.
Hostess was scrolling on her phone with her back to the entrance. We stood there for at least a few minutes before I think we startled her. Our server was ok. Not very friendly but not unfriendly. Nothing remarkable about the food or experience to be honest. The French fries are not as good as they used to be.
My past 2 to go orders were made incorrectly.
The app is confusing and frustrating. In some places I can see descriptions of the sauces, but other times I can’t. Picking a heat level is pointless because it’s never done correctly. The other night my husband ordered mild spicy apple bbq, and I ordered medium spicy honey garlic. His was medium and mine had no heat. It seems like every time we order the spice is wrong.
Your blue cheese and ranch are really good, so points for that.
The waitress was bad barely attended to us my sister and loves this place but the service gets worse and worse. Everyone got their food except for me. I had to wait on chips that were floppy on my plate and then I ordered three plates to go well when she finally did come out there and give me my plate. Everybody else was done with their food so I didn’t get to enjoy my food with my family and on top of that she left one of my to go plates out and said oh you did have three plates. Let me go check on the other one so needless to say, I have been a server many years, but this is the worst it has ever been at East Coast. I don’t think we will be back ever again. my son also ordered two plates of the lettuce wraps and she did not hear that she only brought him one and she got my chips wrong and one of my to go plates. It was supposed to be fries and he got chips. Very disappointed.
Improve time of bringing food to the table
The place was very clean, food was tasty, and not to mention the service…it was like you had been friends with them for years. Loved the experience and will definitely be back again.

I ordered from East Coast Wings and had the pleasure of connecting with Ashley to make adjustments to my order. He quickly made the adjustments and ensured that my pre-paid order was ready in a timely fashion. And the food was outstanding!
