I went to go eat with my family for my birthday the staff was rude and rushed us it was just a bad experience

Well I had bought $30.00 worth of wings 4/15 for my office & I asked the girl(the owners sister) if she was sure I got my points because when I purchased once before I didn't. I went on vacation for a week & went to order some wings & noticed my points were not on from the order. I came in & talked to Lori, she said she would call me back, no phone call. I went in & she said she told the manager & he would call me back. I received a call from I think his name was Adam & he assured me there was a technical problem but he figured it out. I waited a few days still nothing. I went in again & had the young lady take a picture of my account to show it to Adam(I think that was his name). I still have heard nothing nor have I received my points. I talked to a few other people who told me they always have problems getting their points too. The funny thing is I always get notifications "do you want to earn 100 points"?

I love the rewards program; it keeps us coming back.

I love the food! I had a delicious hamburger …. Did not disappoint! I will say that the fries were not up to par this time! 😔.
We just need a location on Timberlake Road or Wards Road! 😁

Food is always hot, delicious, fresh and prepared quickly. Customer service is always amazing when I pick up my orders.

When a person orders hot chips they expect crispy chips unless asking for soft chips. Unfortunately your cooks must not see it that way, the last two times we ordered them half of the chips were soft not crispy. We've had soft chips before but it is happening more often now.

The wings, tots, and Texas toast were great!

The Mac and cheese was unfortunately really grainy and had a sour taste like some ingredients were bad. My kids eat anything, and even they thought something was off. I love east coast wings, but this was an off night

Ranch dressing was AWFUL! Something from Kroger. Maybe Kraft. It wasn't their usual ranch,made in-house like most bar restaurants do.

Great service and food.

We enjoyed the food that was delivered. The kamikaze wings are always the best.

However, the chips were ordered as crispy and most were more soggy with very few crispy ones. Also we had ordered a kid’s meal that came with a drink, but received a straw and no drink.

We love some ECW. Everything from the wraps, sandwiches, mac and cheese skillet, salads and most importantly the wings are great!

You need better drink specials throughout the week, your domestic beer, compared to other restaurants are too high, your bourbon selection is terrible!

You need better advertisement… Most people that live in or around Berwick community don’t even know your establishment exist.

There are times that I come to your establishment and I’m the only one sitting at the bar and there may be one or two other customers in the whole restaurant.

ECW wings are THE best.

They always get my order ready fast and the the food is always good.

Every time I visit this location everyone is so nice and friendly. They are very attentive. I enjoy eating at this location
