The food
We were fortunate to have eaten there when it was not busy and the server actually paid attention and took care of business pretty good. That, however, is not always the case, even when it is slow. I think that the prices are too high for the portion size, especially for the buffalo chicken salad. Overall on this trip, we were pleased with the service and food.
Our server was excellent. He took great care of us. We went at lunch time and the food was hot and very good. To us it seemed a little bit cool in the restaurant.

I like the wings but this time we had problems with what my wife wanted. She likes the flat bread but they didn't have any so she settled for a salad but they they were out of the dressing she liked.
I gave a 10 because your team truly listened to my concerns and took immediate action to fix my order. I was treated with respect, patience, and professionalism throughout the entire experience. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way your staff handled the situation made all the difference. Their willingness to listen and make things right is exactly why I would confidently recommend East Coast Wings to others.
Almost every time we order take-out, an item is missing. Another check of the order to make sure all items have been checked would be helpful.
The food is great, but the take out process needs a bit lore attention.

After placing my order, it was ready in about 15 minutes. It was fresh and hot and worth every penny I spent. Staff was very professional and polite. The food is always very good when I eat there. From the burgers to the chicken wings. This is my go to place whenever I want take out or dining in for lunch.
I've already sent to corporate, but there is no flavor, dry as can be, and overall just horrible. I used to love this place but last 2 times have been awful. I thought last time ok maybe it was an off day, but nope sure wasn't. For the $100 I spent i should have went somewhere else for sure. Lesson learned so that is why I won't be back
This is the first time the wings I received sitting in heavy grease. It killed my stomach. The chips was terrible. They were pulled from the bottom of the barrel.
Most of the time dressing are missing
Very friendly staff and the service is always great! Love the food. Especially the new coconut shrimp!
Food was supposed to be ready by 8:40pm but it didn’t come out until 9:20pm. I ordered loaded tater tots and did not receive
The wings and burgers are the best in town! The awesome bartenders, Tab and Brandy connect with all the customers. It's like a family gathering at ECW!

Food was good. Order not totally correct at first but corrected quickly.
The best deal is the 1/2 off 2-4 special. Wings have been very tasty. We will comeback!

I visit the Goldsboro location usually 4 to 6 times per year. The service has been very good. The food is normally good, too. My last visit was off-peak timing. My wife and I just wanted some wings to share as a mid afternoon snack. They came out like they had been saved from a previous day and put in a microwave. Terrible, really. Bad texture. I mentioned it to staff and did not take an offered replacement. That was my choice; I just don't normally return a meal.
I just wanted you to know. It does affect how likely I will return or recommend.
Bar area is too small & LOUD when crowded!
Prompt acknowledgement when I walk in the door. Fast friendly service when I’m seated. Consistent and accurate, delicious food service every time!!

Most of the food was way over cooked to the point where I just threw it out. I ordered wings and fried pickles and I threw both in the trash.
