Not advertise as low as 1 price and then charge for a mandatory sauce option.
I ordered insane flavor index an I didnt recieve that.. they wasn't hot/spicy at all.. did the cook not read the heat index..I also asked for extra crispy an that yet again wasn't rt..i really won't a refund for the waste of time an money..i didnt get what I paid for at all...

Although the food is generally good, my recent takeout experiences have been inconsistent, with spotty service and some orders prepared incorrectly. However, my experience on Saturday was excellent.
The online ordering app was not working properly, so I called the restaurant. The woman who answered was very polite and carefully read my order back to make sure everything was correct. When I arrived, the young man working at the front did an outstanding job. The service was excellent, my order was prepared exactly as requested, and the food quality was very good.
Saturday’s experience was a significant improvement, and I truly appreciated the care and attention provided by the staff.
Love the wings. Service is usually good. This time there were no chips available. That was a bummer as that was one of the main reasons for going this time. Also love the corn appetizer!!
The Food and service was great.
