Service is always great and the food very consistent & good.
The food is always so good and the waitresses are really nice. We hardly ever wait more than 10-15 minutes to get our food too.
Wings are generally cooked as requested however sides are rarely correct More attention to detail
The sauces are so watered down. Wing sauce is not tasty and it's greasy. Both ranch and blue cheese is very watery and has little taste
Food and service was exceptional. A great value with affordable pricing and the specials are rewarding.

Treated very poorly by the host. Her regulars came and sat themselves but was told we had to wait for all parties to be seated. One of our party members was getting something out the car. She talked down to us and was rather rude.

Your restaurant is hit or me sometimes the food is always great sometimes it’s so so. Never had bad food just not great.
A friend told me that ECU had fixed their issues with the wings being SO HARD that they are not eatable. Have not eaten there in about 3 or 4 wks because of that but my friend told me that they had complained about that very issue and I needed to give them another chance. So I decided to DO JUST THAT. I order my regular $10.99 lunch (5 wings - naked with mild sauce /floppy chips, carrots and Pepsi no ICE). Low and behold--my order was brought to my table, and there was the 5 wings -- so hard, that I have to pulled off the HARD before I could even eat a single bite. The flats that I get are not as bad as the full wing. Your business is apprx 5 1/2 miles. I have decided that if I want wings--I will go with Mountain Fried Ckn which is only 5 miles from my house. There I can get 15 wings and wedges. There are only 3 sauces but that is ok, because at least I can eat the entire wing order w/o breaking a tooth. I had complained for over 6 months (and showed the manger what I was talking about) that he did not see an issue. I actually took a picture of the issues, just so i could actually show he the issue but he never came back by my table. So no longer ECU for me but Mtn Friend Ckn here i come

My wings was not what I usually order. The waitress said it was that flavor, but it tasted just like plain wings. It didn’t even looked the same as when I usually order.

We sat at the bar. It was a slow week day but the bar attendant managed a couple of tables and us at the bar. She was attentive and the food was delicious. We got the weekday cheeseburger special. Best cheeseburger in town.
The ranch didn’t have its normal flavor.
The shrimp was overcooked and hard
Allow me to order online… have to drive order than wait… my number are rejected for online orders.. and smile I know the business is frustrating but nobody’s smiles not a friendly atmosphere at all
Your wings were amazing!! I purchased the wings for my companies party and I have to say
that the wings disappeared. Everyone loved them. When I received the wings, they were piping hot. I ordered mild flavored.
I have already recommended East Coast Wings to my friends and will continue to do so. Thank you so much from myself and company!

Had to wait 45 minutes for my To Go order I called him in plenty of time. It may have just been an awful day.

staff and food GREAT
Good service and good food.
service is always slow & terrible food is always ready extremely late, sauce is almost never all in the bag, they always give the wrong drinks with to go or uber, they'll leave out sauce even when you pay for extra. half the food will be fresh, the other half stale/cold/old. it's not cheap, so it's really frustrating. you guys have my boyfriends favorite wing sauce anywhere, or else i'd probably never come back.
