The food is usually very good
Great wings, great people behind the bar. They now serve Bush light beer, if you get two beers one taste bad, we have been told they have slush the lines be the taste is still there
Great food, great service.
We order an order of the chips with Crispy request.
About 40% of the chips were over-fried to black. It like burnt and bitter toxic taste.
Another one is ---- It was only like 60% full of the box. This is the 2nd time that happened. It definitely not the amount of a full order. Please help review on the chip order quantity.
We love the restaurant and chip order is the only thing we are not happy about.

Quality of food, service, price
Friendly service and food ready to go and on time.
We were early for our pick up. It would have been nice to be offered a place to sit and given a chance to order a drink while we waited @30 min.
Order was well prepared and enjoyable. I think I finally cracked the code to get to rewards which has been a headache for years.

We were in yesterday at about 1:30 and only 1 waitress for the entire diner. Granted, there were only 3 tables occupied. She was very good!

Waited 10 mins in the takeout area with no employees available there to take my order. I decided to call the restaurant while waiting, a female employee answered, and said she would be out to the takeout area from the kitchen momentarily. When the employee made herself available, she was apologetic and quickly took my order. My order of fries were delicious. The sweet tea was decent (could’ve had more tea flavor and a tad bit less sugar).
The chicken was sub-par as it was overcooked (or old/reheated) and the pieces were hard/chewy in texture. There were only 5 wings and they were difficult to chew completely and digest, so I had to stop eating it. There was no Medium hot flavor on the wings as the flavor was plain and there was no sauce in the container either.
Sadly, this was the same experience I had at a different Triad location recently, proving that your wings are no longer worth buying, especially when you make them impossible to eat.
I find that grocery stores are cooking wings much better (especially smoked wings), their flavor is deliciously consistent, and they are always fairly priced at under a dollar per wing for quality cooked wings. Further, grocery store wings are often the size of wings and if they sell drummettes, they are labeled as such.
Food was good
There was no greeting, associates walked back and fourth while I waited at the pick up counter no one said a word. I had to ask someone after 10 minutes of waiting was I in the right place to pick up my order. Recieved my order 10 minutes later. Horrible customer service.

I love the vegetable medley, although sometimes it comes with a few more carrots than I'd prefer. My favorite way to order it is extra steamed with grilled onions. This time, I paired it with the 4-count mild boneless wings.
I wasn't able to eat it the same day because I had a birthday event to attend, so I reheated it in my toaster oven the next day. It still tasted amazing! Everything warmed up really well, and the flavors were just as good.
I would definitely order it again. ECW+G has a great menu selection, and the prices are affordable, making it an easy place to come back to.

I enjoyed the food and the the prices were great and Chris was very helpful with menu suggestions and taking my order which I received in a timely manner.
I've been here 3 times now and my order has been wrong all 3 times. I placed an order online and was told that they did not have anything fried available for an hour and a half. The food taste good but the customer service has been rough each time I've been here.
