Sometimes when I go, not to a specific location, the place is a bit more disorganized, messy and it feels like the staff may be overwhelmed with the work. Better training and standards would improve the overall experience.

The flavor profiles and to great cook on wings burgers and fries are top notch will always be my go to if quality remains.
I’m okay with your decision
I called to place an order and no one picked up the phone. I tried for 20 minutes straight at 7pm on a wednesday. If I can't call to place my order, I guess I have to go somewhere else.
Oh I also tried to do it on the APP first, and that failed. So If your app doesnt work, and no one picks up the phone, my only other option is go down place an order in the store, and I dont have that kind of time. Hickory Tavern makes wings too.

The staff is always great on the lunch side of the day. Sometimes the wings aren’t good well and crispy. Kinda of rubber like.
The place is friendly
I have taken my two grand boys to East coast wings after church service. We loved our wings! I especially love that there is a special deal for 2 kinds of flavor for the wings and 2 sides for an exceptional price! This is by far our favorite place to go.

Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Food came out fast, the order was correct, and everything tasted great.

Ordered from there just once. The wings were tiny and beyond belief, undercooked. I’m not sure how you can undercook such small wings, but they accomplished it.

The location is just not convenient for me. The food is great.
