Always great service! Wait staff is always friendly and welcoming. We’ve been going there for a while and they already know what we like to order.
I don't know what is going on here but if this was my 1st visit, I would run and never go back. It was awfully slow service. They were not busy, looked like 1 waitress and 1 manager/bar attendee. Food took over an hour. Bill was wrong, never corrected.
It was awful. This is only our 3rd time in this place. If it was our first, we would never go back. The first 2 visits were on Tuesday nights and had the same waitress both times. It was good, not great, but food was great. This was a Wednesday night and different waitress, very talkative but not attentive. Forgot drinks, refills had to be retrieved at the bar, water and more at the bar. It was a dead place, with only 3 tables. It was very bad. Very disappointed.
We were 1 of 3 tables in the dining area. One other person sat at the bar. I ordered 3 waters along with my kid's drink and a beer. We never got 2 of the waters until I walked up to the bar after getting our food to get 1 of 2. My wife never got the lime for her water until she walked up to the bar. We asked for plates. We got plates the size of our palms for shared platter meals. It took over an hour to get our food for 2 adults (sharing wings) and a kid's meal. Our bill came out wrong. We were told it was totally comped. Three days later, credit card still shows charge although we never got a revised bill or itemized bill. I will be going up there tomorrow if not fixed.
My buffalo salad seem like it had been frozen. I was up at 3 AM feeling sick as if I had got food poisoned. My mom had ordered the regular chicken sandwich and the chicken was so fried. It almost broke her dentures when she took it home to her dog her dog would not even eat it. I called her this morning to see if she had had the same symptoms that I had she said no but it’s been months since I’ve been there or anywhere at That? out to eat. I’ve been cooking at home because it’s cheaper the amount of chicken that I got on my salad was minimal for $30 I spent to bring my mom to lunch was too much for the quality of food and quantity that was received

We have used East Coast Wings for catering our class for the past 9 years. The food, the service and the consistent communication were all amazing as always. Can't say enough about Shane and his crew. Whatever you are paying them, it's not enough. If you want an awesome catering experience, call on the folks at East Coast Wings in Kingsport!!!
Everything was very good with the exception of our first batch of chips. It took way too long (in my opinion) to arrive and were barely warm when they arrived; were they/we forgotten or ignored? The second batch was perfect!
The temperature of my food could have been hotter. The portion sizes were a bit slim.
Chole was phenomenal and was always one step ahead of me.

They need to improve order accuracy for to-go orders. I've had a couple times with missing or wrong items. Additionally, when eating in restaurant, the points are never added to my account. There needs to be a way to scan my receipt to add to my app to get points added. The waitstaff doesn't add your phone number back on the order after payment. We eat there once a week and it happen every time.

The wings are excellent and the staff are super friendly.
It was a group order and two ordered semi-floppy chips and they were not semi-floppy they were 100% floppy, raw, and swimming in oil/grease which made the entree that was in the box also soaked in oil/grease. Also, one ordered fries and they weren't edible either because they were just the same. I just wanted to give a review in order to share the experience and not complain. Thank you!

Bree was the best. She is always on point. The food is great hot and fresh. This is my go to spot.
We like to new wing flavors - and that there are so many to choose from. Also the size of your wings typically are some of the larger available at restaurants.
I have sent an email already with no response back. I order the 20 wing combo twice last week - the first time it was so good I wanted to order it again 2 days later, so I did. My order was 20 wings hey Mon honey and fries & carrots. I was missing a side, my fries were soggy and cold, my wings were dry, barely any sauce on it just like the garnish on top of what goes on hey mon honey. It was so nasty I had to throw them away. I asked for either a refund or a credit to order the same thing again.
Friendly service. Food arrived quickly. Great boneless wings.
