What could we do to improve?

Our fries didn’t seem as large or fresh as usual. Not even hot. Luke Warm describes it best. My burger was good but my bun was cold and not soft. Our service was excellent. Aiden did an excellent job waiting on us.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

There was hair in my to go order over a month ago. I called the store and contacted Corporate and haven’t gotten a response yet! Not only did I had to pull hair out of my mouth my 9 year old son had multiple stands of hair in the food he ate. I had been a customer for years at the Bartlett, TN location but never again! That’s why

What could we do to improve?

For one you could put garlic bread on the menu.
And the boneless chicken wings is tasting funny, if you could fix that.

The wings are always overcooked or reheated. The bathrooms are always dirty! Lipstick left on glassware! Absolutely gross

The waitress was not attentive whatsoever and she never gave us a refill and it was just horrible. Not really sure. This was a few months ago. We used to go once a week and with other vendors in my circle however I haven't been back since.
