Food tasted like fryer grease needed to be changed, food also tasted freezer burnt. Would give this place another try if food and fryer oil was fresher. Fresh food would definitely make me choose east coast wings over bojangles or something similar.
The employees are always friendly and helpful.
Food and drinks can be made better with flavor and presentation drinks can be made better with bigger glasses for your money worth
Wings were barely sauced and undercooked
Good food at east coast wings.
Good service good food
The wings were overcooked. I’ve ordered them on multiple occasions and this is the first time that they were not good.
The food is always good and the customer service is good. The only thing is that it can get very loud in there due to the crowd.
Slow service. Hardly got a drink refill and took forever with the bill. Would not recommend.
The volcanic wings were excellent as usual. The service is also awesome.
My waitress was fantastic! I always love the food and experience here!
Always enjoyed the BOGO boneless wings on Thursday but now you stopped doing it. Restaurant in kernersville nc appears dirty inside and that makes me wonder about the kitchen area also. I know that prices have gone up, but yours are too high. Cannot afford you anymore.
Food and customer service
Tables were dirty and floor is slippery. Food quality is ok, but other east coast wings the food quality has been much better. Serve was pleasant but spoke barely above a whisper and not clearly.
Friendly atmosphere
Great selection of food and the staff here is so friendly! I really enjoy coming here and everything always tastes delicious 😋
Kalie & Meghan are the best!! Food comes out quickly & it’s right every time. Always a great experience when those two ladies are on the floor/behind the bar.
Excellent

I think the food is really good. The staff are really kind and caring. I don't have a lot of improvements that I would offer
