When we were there we saw a roach crawling on the wall I called the manager over he said we just sprayed for them I even got a video of the bug crawling on the wall I’ll never eat there again.
I enjoy ECW. I think the food is good, but we just don’t get a chance to eat in Mt. Airy too often. I do like to options, but with the economy, it is difficult to eat out regularly.
about half the time when you order takeout, the chips are soggy… That never happens when dining in. You guys cannot get the heat right on the wings. nuclear is so hot you can’t even eat it and volcanic which is the next level down it’s almost always very low on heat. This is very consistent… You guys do not have a heat level for people who just want a hot wing without getting their head blown off.

I’ve always loved east coast wings I even worked at the one in Statesville for 2 years. I have recently moved to mooresville and my husband and I had lunch there a week ago today, and it’s been awhile since we have been out just us two. The waitress was amazing, kind, on it like a good waitress should be. The atmosphere was quiet and calm. The food was really good.

The last two times we have went (been a couple months) service wasnt the best...may have been a new waitress (which I know needs a little grace) but our order was not right...we ended up paying for food we didnt order (which I will becuase I am not going to stiff the resturant on a bill). The food was not the best...honestly if I would have warmed up frozen chicken bites and added some sauce, it would have been the same.
This is to be the go to place for Wings....but honestly havent seen that since COVID. I know finding good workers is extremely hard, but not sure what all has happened there. I will probably give it another try in a couple of months...always hoping for improvement. At this time we go to other wing places.
The servers are always chitchatting with the customers and the last I was there, I had to wait until they were done talking to ask for a box for my leftovers.
Last year there was an older waitress, she was very polite and we went more often because we knew she was very friendly and polite.
Unfortunately we stoped going back when she left and we haven’t been back a couple of times but the service is not good.
Always good food, great service. Nice patio to sit and visit.
Brea is the best bartender EVER! Lily is great too. They always know what we want. However, this time the service was very very slow, took us almost an hour and a half to get our food eat and leave.... Not sure if the kitchen was understaffed or what was going on that day.
I recommend ecw to all my friends, I am from Buffalo NY so that says a lot

My friends and myself love coming to East Coast Wings. The menu fits everybody, and is nothing less than excellent! The service is second to none, and the prices are more than reasonable. I really do miss their half price bone- in wing special though😋. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy this place with your friends and/or family.
