Friendly service, consistent cooking
Food and service are always great! Taylor does an excellent job and the rest of the crew is fabulous too!
The building itself could definitely use some love, especially with the growth going on in King.
Just a little mulch, some landscaping and light upgrades would make a tremendous impact on your business for sure!

I enjoy coming to East Coast at least once a week. Everyone is so friendly.
East Coast has the points system in which you receive points with a purchase, I have been receiving points, but have been unable to use them. I was told sometime back that the system was having an issue, but it has been months and my $5 off coupon is still not available. Please look into this issue, as others are having it as well, a customer was having the same issue during one of my visits.

The staff is so friendly and the food is always great!
Friendly server. At lunch the kitchen needs to be quicker. Me and my coworker order a 5 bone in lunch special and a salad and it took 30 min for us to get our food. My coworker had to immediately ask for a to go container cause she was not gonna have time to eat her salad. I had the rest of the day off so I didn’t have to be in a hurry. Just thought I’d mention that. I enjoy ECW and want to go there sometimes for lunch but I’ll have to remember to order prior too getting there so we don’t have to wait long
